Do I need to purchase hospitality now, or can I wait?

On-course hospitality is limited and expected to sell out. Early purchase is strongly recommended to secure your company’s presence at the 2028 Solheim Cup. Suite, cabana, and table locations will be assigned based on several factors, with purchase date being the primary consideration.

What are the hospitality payment terms?

A 30% deposit is due within 30 days of signing the hospitality agreement. An additional 30% is due in June 2027, with final payment due by June 2028. All payments are non-refundable.

What is included in the hospitality menus?

Menus have not been finalized at this time. Guests will enjoy a different daily menu Thursday to Sunday featuring a continental breakfast; a buffet lunch with salads, sides and entrees; afternoon food service and desserts. Each venue will feature an open bar with an assortment of beer, wine, and liquor.

What should I budget for hospitality?

Premium suites include standard interior décor, food, and bar service. Limited upgrade options will be offered closer to the event. Suites, cabanas, and reserved tables are turnkey and do not permit customization. Companies may also wish to budget for lodging, ground transportation, local golf, and official merchandise.
